Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in the Phoenix and Flagstaff areas in Arizona, but willing to travel to you! Contact me and we can plan something and figure out the details!

How do your sessions go?

Your session starts before we even take any photos! I'll work with you before your session to answer any questions you may have! During the session, I may act a little silly to help you feel more comfortable and we will walk around the location to make sure we capture the exact look you are going for!

When will we receive our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks from your session. This timeline may be longer due to holidays or other circumstances, but I will communicate that to you when booking your session as well as after your session!

How do the galleries work?

After your session, you'll get an email with a link to your gallery! Once this email is sent out, I'll typically send a text to let you know you have "happy mail" as I call it! In this email is also the gallery expiration date and download code. To get into your gallery, you'll click the link and then enter your email. Downloading the images will ask for the 4-digit code from the email.

How do cancelations/rescheduling work?

Cancelations - All money will be refunded except the deposit, please try to cancel as soon as you know so your date can be offered to other clients.

Rescheduling - With less than 24hrs notice before your session, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. With more than 24hrs notice, there won't be a fee unless it's a travel session. If I have to reschedule, there won't be a fee.
